The invention relates to decorative combination furniture offering two functions. In the present case, the furniture in question is a decorative bar containing an ironing board concealed within itself and requiring no modification of any kind to the bar. It comprises an assembly 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 18, and an ironing board 1 with legs 2, 3 which folds up completely into the space 17 defined by the shelf 6. A space 5 is provided for indispensable accessories, and a door 4 gives access to these items. The advantage of the invention is that it gives ironing a new aspect, that it eliminates the problems of the ironing board, and that said board integrates fully into its housing and noone would ever know it was there. <IMAGE>
