PURPOSE:To lower the level of an error voltage caused in synchronous error and to provide confidentiality in case of radio transmission by arranging an MSB of each word immediately after a frame synchronizing signal by using it as the reference. CONSTITUTION:The MSB at each word is arranged concentratively in succession to the frame synchronizing signal and bits are rearranged successively in the order of weight of bit in the arrangement of bit of a PCM telemeter. That is, an example representing a PCM signal train including information of 8-word maximum, since 8 bits exist when all the MSBs of each word are collected, they are stored in a block 202. Further, bits having larger weight are stored in a block 203 and the bits are arranged in the order of weight and then an LSB block is stored in a block 209. The PCM signal train rearranged in this way is transmitted as a serial signal. Through the rearrangement above, the generation of noise due to bit error is suppressed low. |
