PURPOSE:To attain high elasticity, high loss, flat frequency characteristic and ease of manufacture by constituting a diaphragm with a composition made of a denatured polyolefin and a carbon fiber in manufacturing the composition of the diaphragm for speaker. CONSTITUTION:The polyolefin denatured by an unsaturated carboxylic acid and/ or its derivative is used as a major composition and the content of the unsaturated carboxylic acid and/or its derivative in the denatured polyolefin are 0.01- 1.0wt%. Further, the carbon fibers are mixed and uniformed in the denatured polyolefin so that the rate of composition of the carbon fibers in the denatured polyolefin is 5-70wt%. The speaker of this composition has a flat characteristic at high frequencies, the sound is well spread at middle and high frequency bands, and no noise exists at high frequencies and the division and reproducing characteristic of sound are also excellent. |
