PURPOSE:To realize the titled device of low cost and small-size by reducing connections of the main circuit. CONSTITUTION:Thyristor chips 12 are bonded to terminals 11, two of which terminals 11 are then arranged at the position of symmetry at 180 deg., and each of them is connected by means of a connection plate 13. The numeral 18 represents a printed substrate which has holes 18b and 18a engaged with the projection 11c for connecting the terminal 11 and the projection 16a of a gate connection plate 16. The projections 11c and 16c are soldered to the printed substrate 18. Therefore, a gate trigger circuit 7 can be connected to the chip 12 without the use of a lead wire; thereby enabling the manufacture at a low cost and with a small size. |
