PURPOSE:To facilitate the integration of a voltage polarity inverter circuit by charging the first capacitor by an input voltage in the former half of the period, inverting the storing charge in the polarity in the rear half of the period to charge in the second capacitor, thereby eliminating the power consumption. CONSTITUTION:When a clock signal phi is high level, the first and second switches S1, S3 are closed, the input is sampled to the first capacitor Cs, and charge is stored. When the clock signal phi then becomes low level, the first and third switches S1, S3 are opened, and the second and fourth switches S2, S4 are closed. At this time, part of the charge stored in the first capacitor Cs is moved to the second capacitor Ch by charge recombination law. The voltage inverted in the polarity of the input voltage from the second capacitor Ch is obtained. |
