PURPOSE:To prevent slide contact parts from damage and improve durability, by forming each pitch of a steel belt from an equally shaped offset link and bringing each link in contact with a V-pulley at one point in one side. CONSTITUTION:A steel belt, forming a multiple pitch structure of flexible annular shape at a fixed pitch, comes into contact with a V-pulley in both end parts of a pin being a flexing axis. Said each pitch is formed by an equally shaped offset link 11. Then each link 11 is formed by at least two sheets of links 12, formed into a stepped shape by a thickness of the link 12, the pin 13 and a bush 14. While both end faces of the pin 13 is formed in a tilted face 15 providing a prescribed tilt angle, and this tilted face 15 is allowed to come into contact with the V-pulley. In this way, durability of the V-pulley and the steel belt is improved by preventing the V-pulley, especially a driving pulley, and the tilted face 15 of the pin 13 from damage. |
