Process and device for manufacturing composite webs or composite sheets for heat-insulation and impact sound reduction

In the process, a layer 2 of a polyurethane rigid foam is provided on one or both sides with a cover layer 1 of a polyethylene foam or another low-adhesive plastics foam. The bonding surface 3 of a web or sheet consisting of the polyethylene foam or a low-adhesive plastics foam is pretreated by means of an electrical corona discharge. The web or the sheet is then introduced into a mould and the polyurethane rigid foam is foamed onto the electrically pretreated bonding surface (Fig. 1). <IMAGE>
