A plunger pump valve box assembly comprises a box (20), a plunger (1) and a valve assembly. The valve assembly comprises a valve seat (9), an oil seal (10), a ball cover (11), a valve ball (12) and an anti-collision rubber sheet (13). The oil seal (10) is located between the valve seat (9) and the ball cover (11), the anti-collision rubber sheet (13) is located at the top end of an inner wall of the ball cover (11), and the valve ball (12) is located in the ball cover (11). A steel ring (8), a first packing (6), a second packing (7) and a copper sheathing (5) are fitted on the plunger (1) in the outer diameter. A case is partially screwed in the box (20), the inner cavity of the case is fixed by a packing pressing cap (2) by screwing in a thread thereof, the case is provided with two threaded holes (21), and the two threaded holes (21) are in a straight line. The ball cover of the valve box assembly has large internal space, the valve ball has large rise and fall, granular liquid can pass by, the anti-collision rubber sheet is disposed above the valve ball, and the oil seal is disposed below the valve ball, so that a good sealing effect is achieved, and the valve ball has high wear resistance and long service life. |
