This invention relates to the casting process for aluminum beams, which are used for spinning out strong cohesive threads, such as nylon. This casting frame is composed of largely four parts: a bottom frame, top frame, frame for heat insulation, and a core frame. The top and botttom frames are made of steel and the insulation frame is made of sand. The products merits are lower price and lengthened usage time.
