Shear reinforcing element

A shear reinforcing element for flat ceilings borne on supports or for beams of reinforced or prestressed concrete is specified, which element comprises part of an I-section which is separated in the web longitudinally in wave form. Consequently, the use of only a single material with correspondingly simpler stockkeeping and better material utilisation is possible, with a more favourable transfer of forces between reinforcement and concrete.
