The present invention relates to a dispersing and emulsifying apparatus for high viscosity fluid including a housing formed at one side thereof with a solid dispersoid inlet and a liquid dispersion medium inlet, and formed at an opposite side thereof with a mixed fluid outlet, a stator core installed inside the housing, and a rotor disposed in the stator for rotating as a motor. The apparatus further includes a first stator (130) fixed inside the housing, a first rotor (120) rotatably disposed inside the first stator, and a second rotor (220) rotatably disposed inside a second stator (230) fixed inside the housing, at a front side of the first rotor (120) and the first stator (130). The first rotor (120) and the second rotor (220) discharge inner fluid of the housing by rotation, pressure inside the housing is decreased, and absorption force is generated, such that the dispersoid and the dispersion medium are directly introduced from each of containers into the housing. Finely pulverized solid dispersoid powder and liquid dispersion medium are introduced together by the absorption force generated from an absorption rotor and the first rotor, thereby preventing an existing peripheral contamination problem due to dispersion of solid dispersoid powder. Emulsion having uniformity and high viscosity is rapidly and efficiently obtained in a mechanical way by concurrently sucking the solid dispersoid and the liquid dispersion medium into a chamber, and by rotating the rotor disposed inside the stator to disperse and discharge the solid dispersoid and the liquid dispersion medium, and a problem of environmental pollution is improved and a quality of an emulsifier is improved, by reducing surfactant. |
