The invention relates to a dispenser of flat and thin products which are presented in piles or in strip form. The dispenser consists of an adhesively coated gripping roller 2 located on the end of an arm 3 which is mounted on a fly 6 whose mass 6a butts up against a spring 8 fixed to a wall 16 retaining the pile of products 1 which is disposed on an inclined plane 15. The impulse is given to the arm 3 by means of a finger 10. The roller 2 butts up against the pile and picks up, by adhesion, a product which it presents. The roller 2 being braked in its rotation, dispensing is by one unit at a time, or two in succession, by inertia and action of the spring 8, depending on whether the product is picked up towards the front or towards the top. Applications: dispensing of labels, leaflets, tax stamps/labels, bags, strips or adhesive tapes. <IMAGE>
