The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a ski of stratified structure by alternate stacking of layers formed, for example, from metal sheet and a sheet of an elastomer and by using adhesive systems which are bonded by compression with the layers. According to the invention, the sheets of elastomer are composed of fibres and of an elastomer mixture and, after superposition of the layers and of the sheets, the stack is subjected to a compression and to a heating until the sheets are cured and until the assembly of the composite body has hardened. Applicable to the manufacture of skis.
