A layer winding for a transformer or an inductor coil, which is cast using a resin containing filling material and contains conductor spacing elements. According to the invention, the conductor spacing elements are constructed from a flexible thread (4) consisting of polymer which is free of cavities and contains sections (4a, 4b, 4c) which are arranged at a distance from one another, forming channels (5, 5a, 5b) between one another, the channels extending at least as far as one of the ends of the layer winding and allowing the resin, which contains filling material, to penetrate into the winding. <IMAGE> |
