The array substrate is provided with scan lines and data lines which are criss-crossed, wherein each row of scan line is provided with a gate drive circuit, each row of scan line is also provided with a compensation capacitor connected to the gate drive circuit, each compensation capacitor comprises a first metal layer (31) and a second metal layer (32), the first metal layer (31) and the second metal layer (32) are overlapped to form an overlapping area (33), and the overlapping area (33) of the first metal layer (31) is isolated from the overlapping area (33) of the second metal layer (32) through an insulation layer, wherein the size change directions of an Nth row of compensation capacitor and an (N+1)th row of compensation capacitor are opposite to each other, the size change direction of the Nth row of compensation capacitor is the same as the size change direction of an (N+1)th row of TFT capacitor, and N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1. |
