PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copper alloy sheet excellent in heat release property, repeated flexure processing property and shape maintenance property.SOLUTION: A copper alloy sheet is formed of Cu and impurities, has conductance of equal to or higher than 60% IACS, has tensile strength of equal to or higher than 350 MPa, and has an integration degree of a crystal orientation of a box number 29 obtained by performing equal area division used for display of a vector method, to a stereo triangle which displays the crystal orientation of a normal direction of a sheet face, the integration degree of 4 or lower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
