PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for producing a polyethylene-based resin extrusion foam sheet which has high quality and excellent strength and cushioning properties that prevent and suppress occurrences of a small hole and a through hole even in continuous production in a mid-and-long term, also sufficiently exhibits antistatic performance, and is suitable as interleaf paper for a glass plate, in spite of having extremely thin thickness.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for producing a polyethylene-based resin extrusion foam sheet which includes extruding a foamable molten resin composition formed by kneading low density polyethylene, a physical foaming agent and an antistatic agent, foaming the resin composition, and thereby producing the polyethylene-based resin extrusion foam sheet, where a thickness of the foam sheet is in a range of 0.05-0.5 mm, and a polymer type antistatic agent is used as the antistatic agent that has a melting point where a difference in melting point between the polymer type antistatic agent and the low density polyethylene is in a range of -10°C to +10°C and a melt flow rate of 10 g/10 minutes or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
