<p>Carbacyclin derivatives of Formula I <IMAGE> (I) wherein R1 is OR2 wherein R2 is hydrogen, C1-C10-alkyl, C3-C10-cycloalkyl, C6-C10-aryl, <IMAGE> or a heterocyclic residue, or R1 is R3 wherein R3 is C1-C10-alkyl, C3-C10-cycloalkyl, C6-C10-aryl, C7-C14-aralkyl or a heterocyclic residue, A is -CH2-CH2-, trans-CH=CH- or -C 3BOND C-, W is a free or functionally modified hydroxymethylene group or a free or functionally modified <IMAGE> wherein the OH-group can be in the alpha - or beta -position, D is <IMAGE> a straight-chain, saturated alkylene group of 1-10 carbon atoms, or a branched, saturated or a straight-chain or branched, unsaturated alkylene group of 2-10 carbon atoms, each of which can optionally by substituted by fluorine atoms, n is the number 1, 2 or 3, E is -C 3BOND C- or -CR6=CR7- wherein R6 and R7 differ from each other and one is hydrogen and the other alkyl of 1-5 carbon atoms, or one is hydrogen and the other is halogen, or E can also be -CH2CH2- when R1 is R3, R4 is C1-10-alkyl, C3-C10-cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-C10-aryl or a heterocyclic group, R5 is a free or functionally modified hydroxy group and, when R2 is hydrogen, the salts thereof with physiologically compatible bases; are useful as medicinal agents.</p> |
