A method is intended to be described with which the costs involved in manufacturing a telephone station can be substantially reduced. For this purpose, all the components (2, 4, 14, 15, 16, 17) are fitted to only one single printed-circuit board (1). The end areas (6, 7) of the printed-circuit board (1) which have the acoustic transducers (16, 17) are bent into a functionally suitable final position and held by two housing parts. <IMAGE>
