发明名称 MAGNETIC BUBBLE MEMORY MODULE
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain low power consumption of a module by arranging a magnetic substance between a bubble chip and a ring form cubic core and adopting the type of material and structure of the magnetic substance that the leakage magnetic field of a magnetic circuit supplies a uniform rotating magnetic field to the bubble chip. CONSTITUTION:A current having a different phase by 90 deg. flows to two sets of windings 2-1, 2-2 and 2-3, 2-4 and the windings are applied with connection so as to generate a leakage magnetic field in order to supply the leakage magnetic fields 11-1, 11-2 to the bubble chip 1 mounted on a printed board 10 as rotating magnetic fields. Plural anisotropic magnetic substances 14 having a large permeability toward the vertical direction and having a length (d) are arranged to the ring form cubic core on the printed board 10 in a space formed by the bubble chip 1 and the ring form cubic core 3 in the magnetic circuit so as to decrease the space gap length generating the leakage magnetic field from lg to lg-2d thereby attaining remarkable reduction of the power consumption P. Then optimum design of the structure of the magnetic substance and use of the material attain the uniformity of the rotating magnetic field.
