The present invention relates to a method of preparing a crystalline doripenem. According to the present invention, it is possible to prepare the crystalline doripenem in a simple way without additional special equipment. In addition, all of the processes are performed in mild conditions and thus safe, and by utilizing a strongly acidic cation resin, the crystalline doripenem can be prepared with high purity and high yield. Not only that, the strongly acidic cation resin is economically advantageous in that it can be recovered after use.
