摘要 Provided is a failure diagnosis system for industrial and medical devices that has a low cost and is easy to install. This failure diagnosis system is configured so as to be provided with a surface current vector measurement system for measuring the strength of the magnetic field generated by the current flowing through a control board of a device to be diagnosed, memory for storing the surface current vector distribution data for the device to be diagnosed acquired by the surface current vector measurement system during normal operation, a comparison unit for comparing the saved data in the memory and the surface current vector distribution data acquired by the surface current vector measurement system, and a failure diagnosis unit for determining that there is a failure in the device to be diagnosed if the difference data per surface current vector compared by the comparison unit exceeds a prescribed threshold.
