A multi-array monodisperse particle macro-spray drying system comprises a pre-processing system (1), an atomizer (2), a drying cavity (3) and an exhaust gas collecting and processing system (4). The atomizer (2) comprises single-line micro-jet atomizing units or integrated multi-line micro-jet atomizing units, wherein the atomizing units are arranged in a matrix, and an air inlet opening is provided between columns of the atomizing units. The pre-processing system (1) and the atomizer (2) are each connected to the drying cavity (3), and are components performing upstream process steps of the drying cavity (3), and a drying medium redistributor (5) is provided at a drying cavity inlet (31), thus uniformly mixing high temperature air and liquid droplets of materials. |
