<??>According to the invention, one or more openings (4-5) is or are made, at a sufficient spacing with respect to the surface to be cleaned or repaired, on the upper and/or lower part, and, if appropriate, at further points, of one and/or the other glass pane or wall (2-3) of the glazings. A cleaning fluid or product or a repair fluid or product is introduced between the glass panes. Excess fluid or excess product is collected through the openings and, subsequently, all the openings are tightly sealed by platelets, capsules or other sealing means adapted to said openings. After they are fitted, said sealing means adhere firmly or, preferably, can also be removed for further cleaning or repair work.
