Device for an ergonomical postural balancing and dynamic supporting of elements or segments of the human body with mechanically synchronized movable supports, particularly a variable ischio-lumbar adjustment seat. The weight of a corporal element or segment controls the displacement of the support (1) (seating) pivoting about a fixed axis (2) or sliding on rails which drives mechanically, through a flexible transmission (5) sliding on a roller (6), the rocking of the lever support (3) (backrest) about the fixed axis (4), sustaining in a corrected posture the corporal segment bearing against the latter support. It performs a balanced and harmonious supporting of one or a plurality of corporal segments independently of the position which may be modified as desired and at any time.
