An electrolytic capacitor that is provided with: an anode that has a dielectric layer; a first conductive polymer layer that covers at least one portion of an inductor layer; and a second conductive polymer layer that covers at least one portion of the first conductive polymer layer. The first conductive polymer layer includes a first conductive polymer and a first polymer dopant that has a sulfonic acid group. The second conductive polymer layer includes a second conductive polymer and a second polymer dopant that has a sulfonic acid group. The first conductive polymer has a lower degree of polymerization than the second conductive polymer.
