PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film that has an extremely small amount of oligomer deposition, good releasability from an adhesive and low transfer property and that is suitable, for example, for manufacturing structural members of various displays as well as to be used for protecting various adhesive layers.SOLUTION: The release film includes a coating layer and a release layer successively disposed on one surface of a polyester film that is at least uniaxially stretched. The coating layer contains an organic silicon compound; and the release layer is formed from a coating liquid containing a reactive silicone resin having a hexenyl group, a vinyl group, a phenyl group, and a hydrosilyl group as functional groups, an unreacted silicone resin having a mass average molecular weight of 50000 to 100000, and a platinum-based catalyst. After the release film is heated at 180°C for 10 minutes, an amount of polyester oligomers on the release layer surface is 2.0 mg/mor less.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
