Last holder for footwear soling machines

The last holder for soling footwear has an adjustment mechanism used to bring the upper (18) into a position where the side moulding parts (14,15) grip behind said upper with play as these moulding parts are closed. The edge (20) of the upper is clamped peripherally between the side moulding parts and the displaceable base ram (21) which make up the injection casting mould for moulding on the sole. The adjustment mechanism has a first plate which can be fixed to a swivel head of the soling machine and a second plate which can be connected to the last holder. The first plate has guide bolts with stops for the second plate and the distance of the stops of the bolts from the first plate can be adjusted according to the play.
