PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device that prevents saturation of accumulated charges even when a light amount is large.SOLUTION: A pixel 103 includes: a capacitor 105; a reset switch 113; and a peripheral circuit 12. The peripheral circuit includes a comparator 106 and an integration part 107. An upper electrode 103a is connected to a power source Va that applies a predetermined bias voltage. Holes of charges generated at an organic photoelectric conversion film 10 by the power source are attracted to the upper electrode. From a lower electrode 103b, potential based on electrons of charges generated at the organic photoelectric conversion film is extracted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
