PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid inconsistency in a function of an imaging device after a mount is replaced so as not to cause confusion to a user.SOLUTION: A camera includes a replaceable mount 13 that is a connection part with a lens 14. Under control of a system control part 4, the camera determines the type of the mount 13 attached to the camera when the power supply of the camera is turned on to determine if the mount has been replaced. When determining that the mount has been replaced, in terms of a my menu in which a menu including a plurality of items and an item selected by a user from among the items included in the menu are registered, the camera hides items in the menu that are unnecessary for the type of the mount, and when the hidden items are registered in the my menu, cancels the registration of the items from the my menu.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
