PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a quick search and prevent omission in searching for identification information at the time of searching for identification information on an external communication apparatus connectable to all communication channels.SOLUTION: An identification information search method for searching for identification information on an external communication apparatus has a radio communication unit transmit a request signal once, performs unit search to obtain identification information on an external communication apparatus received by the radio communication unit as an identification information group twice within a prescribed reception time from the transmission time of the request signal per communication channel, and performs unit search under a condition different from a first search process per disaccord channel about which it is determined that a first identification information group obtained in first unit search and a second identification information group obtained in second unit search do not accord.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
