PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device capable of providing information to distinguish an alarm requiring a response rom an alarm not requiring a response.SOLUTION: A management support system 50 can communicate with an operation and monitoring system 30 that monitors the working state of a monitoring object system 19 and notifies a person in charge of the system 19 if a prescribed situation is detected. The management support system includes: a storing and reading unit 59 that reads out another person in charge associated with a person in charge from person-in-charge information associating the person in charge and the other person in charge; an information acquisition unit 53 that acquires history information in which history of an action before work that should be done before the other person in charge performs work using the system 19 is recorded together with time; and a screen creation unit 54 (information providing means) that provides a terminal used by the person in charge with the history information including an action before work before the occurrence of the prescribed situation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
