PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly information processor, an information processing method and an image display device.SOLUTION: The information processor includes a user information acquisition part, and a high image quality region control part. The user information acquisition part is configured so as to acquire user information other than line-of-sight information detected about a user.
