PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately grasp the cumulative failure rate of a device, such as an electronic device used for replacement in a system operated continuously at a plurality of sites, where trouble history and site management are not easy.SOLUTION: A device operation history estimation unit 20 generates the device information registering the date of failure of a device having a failure history, generates the device information registering the interruption date of a device having an interruption history, generates the device information registering the current date of a device operating currently, rearranges the device information in the ascending order of the operation end date for each site, registers the operation end date of the (n-1)th device information in the operation start date of the n-th device information, and calculates the cumulative failure rate for each device information registering a failure flag, based on a normal period and a failure period, where the failure period is from the operation start date to operation end date, and the normal period is from the operation start date to operation end date for each device information registering the interruption flag, and from operation start date to operation end date for each device information registering an under operation flag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
