Difficulties in the rotor drive at high speeds are avoided if the arrangement of the pull-means mechanism (4), consisting of a wharve (5) and driving pulley (7), is designed as a relieving device for the pull means (9) and, at the same time, as a wharve lifting-off device. For this purpose, the wharve (5) and driving pulley (7) can be mounted on a switchable rocker (14, 15). Advantageously, the wharve (5) can be laid against the tangential belt (3) from above. <IMAGE>
