PURPOSE:To extend the nonoffset temp. range by adding a releasing agent and a coloring agent to a resin consisting of polyester resin contg. a titanium coupling agent and a styrene-acrylic copolymer. CONSTITUTION:The styrene-acrylic copolymer (A) is blended with polyester resin (B) and a titanium coupling agent. The releasing agent and the coloring agent are added to the blend, and spray drying, grinding or other method are applied to manufactur a toner for developing an electrostatic charge image. The preferred weight ratio between the copolymer A and the resin B (A:B) is (10- 90):(90-10), and the weight ratio is preferably regulated to (30-80):(70-20) so as to prevent restain with vinyl chloride. The preferred amount of the coupling agent added is 0.1-5pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. other components. Aliphatic resin having 1,000-10,000 average mol.wt. is preferably used as the releasing agent. |
