PURPOSE:To suppress the lowering of the power voltage due to the rush current generated when the load on a car is driving-started, by installing a feed controlling means for opening and closing feeding passages to the loads on the car from a power source means on the car. CONSTITUTION:A feed controlling means 3 for opening and closing feeding passages to the loads 5-1-5-n on a car from a power source means 1 on the car. A conduction controlling means 9 controls the feed controlling means 3 according to the predetermined preferential driving order information for the loads on the car and the driving instruction signals for the load on the car which is to be driving-started which are outputted from a load drive starting necessity detecting means 7. Therefore, the feeding passages for the loads on the car which receive the driving instructions are brought into conduction in succession. |
