PURPOSE:To produce documents with high efficiency by allocating automatically the header numbers on a document text with production of documents by dividing description of items. CONSTITUTION:The characters are supplied via a keyboard 10, and the document data is stored to a document memory 22 through a central processor 20 and also displayed by a display 40. Then a mode containing a header number produced by dividing description of items is supplied via a control key. Then the document data produced previously is read through a floppy disk 30, and it is detected that a header number N is added. A new header number, N=N+1, is set and stored to a working memory 21. While the header numbers are added automatically on a document text. |
