<p>A clock has a movement (1) with protruding nested drive shafts (3). A housing member (4) has a wall (5) and a ridge (6) which is forwardly offset from the wall (5). A planar dial (8) rests against the ridge (6) and is formed with an aperture (7) in register with the aperture (9) of the wall with the nested shafts (3) extending through the apertures (7,9). A securing device (10) engages the front of the dial (8), extends through the aligned apertures (7,9) and engages a fixed member (2) of the movement (1) thereby holding the dial (8) against the ridge (6).</p> |
