<p>An apparatus for stretching a plastic raw material such as bread dough. By providing a plurality of conveyors (3, 13) which are adapted to be driven at respective different speeds in either forward or reverse directions, and a roller mechanism (23) positioned above the conveyors, an effective stretching of the plastic material fed between the rollers of the roller mechanism and the conveying path of the conveying assemblies is performed. The plastic material may be fed from each direction alternately, to repeat the stretching operation.</p> |
