The invention relates to medicine. The device which is the subject of the invention is of the type comprising, pneumatically connected, a variable pressure source 1, an occlusion sleeve 2 and a speed oscillation detector 3, as well as a recording unit 4, and is characterised in that it comprises at least one path 5 for measuring the parameter quantifying the blood supply, constituted by the said variable pressure source 1, the said occlusion sleeve 2 and the said speed oscillation detector 3, as well as a unit 6 for determining the parameter quantifying the blood supply, whose signal input is connected to the output of the speed oscillation detector 3, the output of the unit 6 for determining the blood supply parameter acting as the output of the path 5 for measuring the parameter quantifying the blood supply and being connected to the respective input of the recording unit 4. The invention provides reliable diagnosis of the state of the cardiovascular system and offers wide functional possibilities by virtue of the use of the large amount of data provided by the speed oscillations. <IMAGE>
