PURPOSE:To prevent wrinkles from occurring, and to make it possible to produce a molding having an appearance good in decorative property and securing property, by performing sizing in such a way that a material having a surface tension lower than water is present on a surface of a molded item and washing it with water. CONSTITUTION:An elongate material 3 including an aluminium foil 3a, a colored resin film 3b, etc. is sent out, is heated by a heater 4, and is supplied to an extruder 5, and a melted resin is extruded from an extruder 6 to form an item 8 having a resin section 7. The item 8 is introduced into a sizing tank 17 where a material 20 having a surface tension lower than water such a surface active agent is supplied onto the surface of the item 8 from a liquid supplying apparatus 19, and it is supplied to a sizing apparatus 10. In the sizing apparatus 10, during the passage thereof under liquid supplying holes 11 open to the cylindrical path, the item 8 is rectified and cooled by the cooling action and lubricating action of the material 20 jetted from the liquid supplying holes 11. After the sizing the item 8 is passed through a water washing apparatus 18, and the item 8 is showered by water jetting holes 25 to remove the material 20 adhered to the surface of the item 8. |
