PURPOSE:To provide the titled leveller correcting better an edge waving, center elongation, bend in the width direction, etc. even in a thin sheet material, to make an engagement easy and to reduce a rolling reduction force by making only the roller group of the front step in a line direction smaller sized and smaller pitched and by providing a bending device as well. CONSTITUTION:The roller group 2, 6 only of the front step in the line direction of a roller leveller is made small-sized and small picture roll and backup and bending rolls 3, 7 are provided as well. The engagement is made easy even in case of a thin sheet material due to the small diameter and the rolling reduction force will do even if it is smaller. The edge waving, center elongation, bend in width direction, etc. are corrected better width not only adjusting the pressure before and behind by the adjustment of a cylinder 18 simultaneously with pressing the upper small pitch roll group 1 by a cylinder 17 but also with adjusting with pressure individually each backup roll 3, 7 by clinders 4, 8. A material feeding is made smoother if such press-in device as a pinch roll 15, etc. is installed on the upper stream of the roll group. |
