PURPOSE:To elevate the fitting work efficiency of press dies with fixing immediately the upper and lower dies on the bolster and slide of a press machine by moving to the prescribed position of the press machine with mounting the upper and lower dies on a truck. CONSTITUTION:A press die 22 is mounted on a truck 14 so as to engage a guide 24 into the guide groove 18a of the sleeper 18 of the truck 14. The truck 14 is then travelled along a rail 16 and fixed so that the guide groove 18a of the sleeper 18 can form a line on the slot T 12a of a bolster 12. When a press die 22 is moved then onto the bolster 12 from the truck 14, the guide 24 of the press die 22 is fitted into the slot T 12a of the bolster 12 and the press die 22 is moved onto the bolster 12 with U grooves 22a, 22b forming a line on the slots T 12a, 20a. The lower die 22A and upper die 22B of the press die 22 can be thus fixed to the bolster 12 and slide 20 by a fastening bolt without correcting their positions. |
