In order to eliminate the disadvantages of a plaster representing a TTS and comprising a carrier for the active substance (10) with a central depression (16) for accommodation of the medicament and a lid part (12) for closure of the depression (16), which disadvantages result from the so-called diffusion matrices as the direct medicament carriers sunk in the depression, it is proposed for the purpose of economic use and consumption of medicament in the correct dose that the medicament be filled into the depression (16) in the carrier for the active substance (10) without any intermediate carrier, the filled depression (16) be closed with a membrane (20) permeable to active substance, and the lid part (12) and the carrier for the active substance (10), which is provided on its edge with an adhesive layer (28) for the direct attachment of the lid part (12), be hermetically connected to one another in an annular zone (30) between the adhesive layer (28) and the membrane (20) (Fig. 3).
