PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device capable of adjusting the supply amount of fuel discharged from a reciprocating pump in accordance with a load of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: A fuel supply device comprises: a linear actuator; a reciprocating pump which comprises a pressurizing piston driven by the linear actuator and reciprocating in the axial direction and which draws in fuel when the pressurizing piston moves in a first direction in the axial direction and pressurizes and discharges the fuel when the pressurizing piston moves in a second direction in the axial direction; and a controller for controlling the driving of the linear actuator. The controller controls the linear actuator to adjust the amount of fuel discharged from a pressurizing cylinder by adjusting the stroke length of the pressurizing piston in accordance with a load of an internal combustion engine.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
