<p>The apparatus comprises a line scan device consisting of two prismatic panes (12,14) moving in rotation thereby forming a diasporometer, a focusing device formed by mirrors (16a,16b) and a radiation detector (18) which form a signal representing the received radiation energy. The prismatic panes (12,14) are driven in rotation in a continuous manner with equal and opposite speeds and are constructed from silicon, the apparatus being more particularly intended for industrial applications requiring a high-frequency scanning over a limited field. <IMAGE></p> |
