<p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled treating agent containing a specific alkoxysilane unit and a polyoxyalkylene alkoxysilane unit, and effective to impart a solid material with durable antistaticity and hydrophilic property. CONSTITUTION:The objective treating agent is composed mainly of an organopolysiloxane containing (A) the unit of formula I (X is 1-4C alkoxy; R is 2-4C alkylene; R<1> and R<2> are univalent hydrocarbon group; a is 2 or 3; b is 0-2) and (B) one or more units of formula II (R<3> is H or univalent organic group; R<4> is 2-10C alkylene; R<5> is univalent hydrocarbon group; C and d are 0-50; c+d is 2-100; e is 1 or 2).</p> |
