PURPOSE:To take out partial picture data easily by setting background picture data to a reference one and transferring the partial picture data to partial picture memory from graphic one so as to compose a partial picture. CONSTITUTION:A microcomputer 1 for controlling a partial picture generating procedure,the partial picture memory 5 for storing the partial picture data, a video processor 2 for displaying and controlling a picture, a graphic memory 3 and a picture display part 4 are installed. The picture data composed of the background picture and the partial picture 7 is fetched into the graphic memory 3 from an external device, and the partial picture data 5 is transmitted with the background picture data as a reference one so as to compose the partial picture 7. |
