PURPOSE:To provide a titled welding machine which operates plural welding means by using one projection welding means and the same welding power source by providing a timing means for shifting the operation timing of the welding means for heat transmission fins and base metals. CONSTITUTION:The 1st water tube 1 is moved at a required distance in the axial center direction by the operation a1 of the 1st water tube setting means 7 to determine the welding position of the heat transmission fins 3 when the water tube 1 is supplied. The 1st fin supply means operates b1 to feed the fins 3 and to set the same to a weld zone simultaneously with the operation of the means 7. The 1st and 2nd pressurizing means operate d1 to press the fins 3 to the surface of the water tube and the welding means are operated d1 by the effect of the timing means 9 during this time to weld the fins 3 to the water tube 1. large current and pressurizing force are concentrated between the fins 3 and the water tube 1 and the resistance heat is generated in the contact part between the fins 3 and the water tube 1 by the contact resistance and intrinsic resistance of the base metal by which the weld zone is melted and press-welded. The fins 3 are welded to the water tube 2 as well by the projection welding method using the similar means. |
